Course Description: Court-ordered or DMV mandated after a first DUI or Drug Conviction. The program includes three parts:

• Program enrollment and selection of dates for classes and a separate evaluation.
• A one-hour individual, private evaluation/interview.
• Class instruction (two 6-hour classes or three 4-hour classes) involving lecture, videos, discussion, and group interaction. Class size is limited to 30 students.

Length: 12 hours
Cost: $260.00, plus $7 online processing fee.

• Driver's License or State Identification (State I.D.)
• Copy of Police Report

Evaluation: The substance abuse evaluation is included in the DUI Program fees. This service is provided in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale Lakes offices at the client’s convenience time.
Important Information: Florida statute prohibits DUI classes to be completed online. According to State regulations, the educational classes and evaluation must both be completed in person and in a classroom setting within 90 days of enrollment. After 90 days, a new enrollment and fee payment is required.
